Mini Lobster Roll House baked mini toasted brioche roll, lashings of butter, Whitley Bay Lobster, classic dressing.


JFCN Japanese fried chicken nuggets, Japanese beer marinated chicken thigh, tossed into potato starch and fried until crisp. Served with Wasabi Mayo - Highly addictive!

Mini Pretzel Reuben House-baked all butter mini pretzels, pastrami, sauerkraut, bloody mary style Russian dressing, swiss cheese, American mustard.

Sticky Ox Cheek Croquettas Spiced rubbed ox cheek, cooked for 12 hours, coated in sticky glaze then rolled, breadcrumbed and deep fried. Served with Srhiacha Mayo. These go quick!

3 Meat Empanada Minced pork, beef & veal, spiced up, sauced up, fresh garden peas, baked into a traditional mini Mexican pasty - served with padron pesto.

Lamb Cocktail Meatballs Spiced Lamb Meatballs, on skewers, pomegranate glaze & sumac Finocchiona, Fig Orange Toast Fennel Salami, Figs, Taleggio, Orange Segments, Orange Blossom Honey

Ham & Peachy Charred peach segments, air dried ham, Parmasan


Truffle Figgy Cheese Toast Yellison’s Goats Cheese, Turkish Figs, Truffle Honey, on Toasted ciabatta.

Wild Garlic Pesto, Swaledale Blue, Pickled Walnuts Toast The lads descend on Esholt Woods every April for the wild garlic which we preserve, make into pesto and spread on freshly toasted bread, top it with Swaledale Blue Cheese and a pickled Walnut and you’re in for a rich treat.

Butternut Curry Croquettas Roasted Butternut Squash, Curried béchamel, breadcrumbed and fried, served with Coriander yoghurt

Sweet Cauli, Parmigiano Reggano Croquettas Caramelised Cauliflower, parmesan, breadcrumbed and fried served with roasted garlic mayo

Mini Grilled Cheese Three cheese, chilli jam, cornichon, mini toastie, mini doily, paper twizzle cocktail stick (Costa del Sol circa 94’)

Salvia Fritta vg Sage leaves, tempura batter deep fried and tossed in smoked salt. Perfect with a glass of the bubbly stuff.

Bradford Indian Snacks vg Not actually from Bradford, but just as good. Choose from Carrot & Red Onion Bhaji or Beetroot & Pea Pakora.

Summer Rolls vg Ginger Soy Mushrooms, crunchy rainbow veg, rolled in a Japanese rice paper. Vibrant & tasty.


BAO Choose 3 Bao’s. Gochuchang Pork Belly / OK Smoked Short Rib / Japanese Fried Chicken / Tenderstem Tempura all served with Asian Pickles.

The Now ‘infamous’ Runny Scotch Eggs We have been doing these from day 1. The recipe for which is passed down to the newest employee (once they’ve signed the disclaimer!) Choose 3 from Cumberland, Black Pudding, Fennel or Chorizo. Lathered in our own Beer HP sauce and Pork Crunch.

Arancini Choose from 3 balls, not 2. Beetroot & horseradish butter / Wild mushroom & caramelised onion / short rib ragu / sun-dried tomato & buffalo mozzarella.


Crab-secco Spiced Crab Pani Puri, sour green chilli, tamarind, sat on a ginger syrup, prosecco shot

Blue Taco Tequila infused Chicken, Peanut, lime, crunchy mini veg, candied chilli, mini taco sat on a verdict shot (padron, coriander, pineapple)

Pig & Cider Warm bourbon cider, candied bacon. It’s like an addiction.

ROAMERS - All served on beautiful roaming trays attached to our lovely front of house team.

Roaming Raw Fish Bar - Your choice of shellfish Prawns, Mussels, Oysters, Cockle Crab Claws all on offer, served over crushed ice with complimentary dipping sauces, lemon wedges and vinegars. It’s like Scarborough Beach on a tray.

Roaming Jerky Bar - Your choice of artisan jerky and cured meat, served on a roaming tray for your guests gobble with their choice of fizzy.

Roaming Pinox Tray - Traditional and not so traditional savoury bites inspired by the Basque region of Spain. Think lots of olives, cheese, cured fish, tuna, anchovies, toast, cheese, peppers, cured meats and you’ll get the idea.Add paragraph text here.
